Inventory and schedule of condition

A comprehensive report detailing the property's full contents and conditions. This report is a complete walk-through from the outside and throughout the property's interior. As with all of our reports, we will test water present, power present to electrical items, power to smoke and carbon monoxide alarms as well as obtaining meter readings.

Check in

This report can be compiled alongside the inventory and schedule of condition or as an "additional service" with the tenant and or their representative present.

Check out

A check out report thoroughly details any discrepancies to the properties condition or its contents from the check in report. This report is imperative for any disputes which may arise at the end of a tenancy. We are able to conduct check outs using either our own check in, a 3rd parties report or if this is not at our disposal we can offer a 'schedule of condition' This report details the properties contents and condition at the time of check out.

Snagging reports

Using our comprehensive software and templates we can offer a detailed pre-completion defects report, working alongside property developers to ensure your investment/ home is in perfect shape prior to the sale completion. If circumstances will not allow you to visit your property, we can offer you a complementary virtual tour.
